Creditors and other persons having claims (to which section 63 of the Trustees Act 1962, relates) in respect of the estate of the deceased, who died on 12 january 2020, are required by the executor of macdonald rudder lawyers of 3/[contact details redacted] of their claims to him within one month from the date of publication of this notice, after which date the executor may convey or distribute the assets, having regard only to the claims of which he then has notice.
