Creditors and other persons having claims (to which section 63 of the Trustees Act 1962, relates) in respect of the estate of the deceased, who was found on 28 september 2019, are required by the executors karina joanna sysko and donald bruce loxton of care of macdonald rudder lawyers of 3/[contact details redacted] particulars of their claims to them within one month from the date of publication of this notice, after which date the executors may convey or distribute the assets, having regard only to the claims of which they then have notice.
