Notice is given to Mark Byass regarding an uncollected 12.42m plywood fishing boat, Registration Number DH713, known as ‘Apache Lass’, situated at Two Rocks Marina, Two Rocks WA 6037. Unless redelivery is taken or directions given within 1 month, the Chief Executive Officer of the Department of Transport intends to apply to the Court for an order to sell or dispose of the goods.
