This order is the cancellation of approved medical specialists order (no.1) 2022. The following medical practitioner(s) designated as approved medical specialists (ams) with workcover wa under section 146f(1) of the act—are now hereby cancelled: heather hunter campbell, terence mcmanus, maharaj kishore tandon, arthur william musk, marie monique o’connor.
