Creditors and other persons having claims (to which section 63 of the trustees act 1962 relates) in respect of the estate of the abovenamed deceased who died on the 20th day of may 2024 are required by the personal representative shane fredrick clarke and justin lee clarke c/- greenstone legal, po box 744, west perth, western australia, 6872 to send particulars of their claims to them within 30 days from the date of this notice, after which date the personal representatives may convey or distribute the assets having regard only to the claims of which they then have notice.
