Notice of amendment to the instrument of delegation to committees of certain functions of the Western Australian Planning Commission, as gazetted on 16 October 2015 and as amended. On 25 October 2017 pursuant to section 16 of the Act, the WAPC resolved to amend the Instrument of Delegation 2012/02 Delegation to officers of certain powers and functions of the Western Australian Planning Commission as gazetted on 16 October 2015 (and as amended), as set out in Schedule 1.
