These regulations amend the Electoral Regulations 1996. Various regulations are amended to reflect changes related to whole of State electorate references. A new regulation 22A is inserted regarding procedures if the same person is relied on as a member by 2 or more political parties. Regulation 22B is inserted regarding the manner of deposit. Part 6 is inserted for transitional provisions for Electoral Amendment Regulations 2022.
