Made by the Hon Michelle Roberts MLA, Minister for Road Safety, pursuant to Regulation 230B(1) of the Road Traffic Code 2000 (the Code). This notice is the Road Traffic Code (Electric Personal Transporter) Notice 2017. This notice comes into operation on the day on which it is published in the Government Gazette. The area shaded blue and bounded by a solid blue line, as depicted in the Schedule as ‘EPT Tour Area’, is declared an Electric Personal Transporter Use Area.
