These regulations are the road traffic (drug driving) amendment regulations 2020. Regulations 1 and 2 commence on the day on which these regulations are published in the gazette; the rest of the regulations on the day after that day. These regulations amend the road traffic (drug driving) regulations 2007. In schedule 2 clause 4(f) delete “8 minutes;” and insert: 3 minutes or 8 minutes (as required by the manufacturer’s instructions in the testing device’s packaging).
