Order made by the Governor under section 315(1) of the Aboriginal Cultural Heritage Act 2021 (WA), as recommended by the Minister for Aboriginal Affairs under section 315(3). This order is the Paten Historical Protected Area Order 2023. The name of the protected area is Paten. The boundary of the Paten protected area consists of Lot 240 on Deposited Plan 68248. Aboriginal cultural heritage of outstanding significance is located within the boundary of the protected area. The Paten Protected Area Order 1984 is revoked.
