Order made by the Governor under section 315(1) of the Aboriginal Cultural Heritage Act 2021 (WA), as recommended by the Minister for Aboriginal Affairs under section 315(3). This order is the Parda Hill Historical Protected Area Order 2023. The name of the protected area is Parda Hill. The boundary of the Parda Hill protected area consists of the area labelled 'A' on Deposited Plan 425592. Aboriginal cultural heritage of outstanding significance is located within the boundary of the protected area. The Parda Hill Protected Area Order 1984 is revoked.
