Creditors and other persons having claims (to which Section 63 of the Trustees Act 1962 relates) in respect of the estate of the deceased, who died on 27 August 2021, are required by the trustee, Stuart Andrew Campbell, c/- Suite 12, 473 Beach Road, Duncraig WA 6023, to send particulars of their claims to him by the 31st day of March 2022, after which date the trustee may convey or distribute the assets, having regard only to the claims of which he then had notice.
