Creditors and other persons having claims to which Section 63 of the Trustees Act 1962 relates in respect of the estate of the deceased, who died on 22 October 2023, are required by the Executor, Christopher James Hanns Higgs care of 12/[contact details redacted] 6023, to send particulars of their claims to them within 30 days of the date of this notice, after which date the Executor and Trustee may convey or distribute the assets, having regard only to the claims of which they then have notice.
