Creditors and other persons having claims to which Section 63 of the Trustees Act 1962 relates in respect of the estate of the deceased, who died on 11 August 2022, are required by the applicant for grant of representation who can be reached c/- McVay Bates & Associates, Suite 12, [contact details redacted] 6023 to send particulars of their claims to them within 30 days of the date of this notice after which date the applicant for grant of representation may convey or distribute the assets, having regard only to the claims of which they then have notice.
