Notice is given to Alan Leonard Piper that unless redelivery of a 13.1m yacht known as 'Taza' or 'Rantan' at Two Rocks Marina is taken within one month, the Chief Executive Officer of the Department of Transport intends to apply to the Court for an order to sell or dispose of the vessel.
