Creditors and other persons having claims in respect of the estate of Joseph Damien Hogan, who was found dead on 9 january 2018, are required by the trustees, mary therese pitt and margaret anne reeves to send particulars of their claim to his lawyers, paynes lawyers of po box 828, west perth, western australia 6872 by 20 april 2018, after which date the trustees may convey and distribute the assets, having regard only to the claims of which they then have notice.
