Creditors and other persons having claims in respect of the estate of Joseph Damien Hogan, who was found dead on 9 january 2018, are required by the trustees, mary therese pitt and margaret anne reeves to send particulars of their claim to his lawyers, paynes lawyers of [contact details redacted] 20 april 2018, after which date the trustees may convey and distribute the assets, having regard only to the claims of which they then have notice.
