Creditors and other persons having claims to which section 63 of the Trustees Act 1962 applies in respect of the estate of William Edward Featherstone late of 6/[contact details redacted] 13th day of May 2022 are required by the trustee, Jonathan Frank Kirby, to send particulars of their claim to their solicitor, Paynes Lawyers of Suite 10, Level 2, [contact details redacted] State of Western Australia by 7 November 2022 after which date the trustees may convey and distribute the assets, having regard only to the claims of which they then have notice.
