Creditors and other persons having claims to which section 63 of the Trustees Act 1962 applies in respect of the estate of quenton grant fenn, who died on 7 august 2025, are required by the executors, grant nicholas fenn of 1/14 scarpview place, east cannington and nathan charles fenn of 6 emms green, ellenbrook, western australia, to send particulars of their claims to solicitors, paynes lawyers of po box 828, west perth, wa 6872, by 30 october 2025, after which date the executors may convey and distribute the assets, having regard only to the claims of which they then have notice.
