CP401 RETAIL TRADING HOURS ACT 1987 RETAIL TRADING HOURS (CITY OF KALGOORLIE-BOULDER) CHRISTMAS VARIATION ORDER 2025 Made by the Minister for Commerce under section 12E of the Act. 1. Citation This order is the Retail Trading Hours (City of Kalgoorlie-Boulder) Christmas Variation Order 2025. 2. Commencement This order comes into operation as follows— (a) clauses 1 and 2—on the day on which this order is published in the Gazette; (b) the rest of the order—on the day after that day. 3. Variation of retail trading hours For the period commencing 1 December 2025 and ending on 31 December 2025, general retail shops, other than motor vehicle shops, in the Kalgoorlie-Boulder local government district are authorised to be open at times when those shops would otherwise be required to be closed— (a) on each Sunday from 7.00am until 6.00pm 4. Relationship to standing orders (a) This order does not affect the operation of the Retail Trading Hours (Burt Street Precinct, Boulder) Exemption Order 2001.
