Made by the CEO under the Forest Management Regulations 1993 regulation 98. This order is the Forest Management (Forest Management (Public Firewood Areas) Order 2017. This order comes into operation as follows—(a) clauses 1 and 2—on the day on which this order is published in the Gazette; (b) the rest of the order—on the day after that day. The area of State forest named in Schedule 1 column 1 and described in Schedule 1 column 3 is set aside for the purposes of the collection of firewood by members of the public.
