These regulations are the Child Protection Regulations Amendment (Fees and Payments) Regulations 2017. Part 1 comes into operation on the day of gazettal, the rest on 1 July 2017. Amends the Adoption Regulations 1995, Children and Community Services Regulations 2006, and Working with Children (Criminal Record Checking) Regulations 2005 regarding fees.

Proposes that Lot 3001 on Deposited Plan 428988 version 1 cease to be State forest under the Conservation and Land Management (Changes to State Forest No. 56) Order 2026.
Assigns administration of the Education and Care Services National Law Application Act 2026 to the Minister for Early Childhood.
