In the matter of the estate of Francesco Marciano, late of 371c Lennard Street, Dianella, in the state of Western Australia, deceased. Creditors and other persons having claims to which section 63 of the Trustees Act 1962 relate in respect of the estate of the deceased, who died on the 29th day of March 2023, are required by the executors, Peter Bartley Kakulas and John Robert Marciano to send the particulars of their claim to Messrs Taylor Smart of Unit 18, Level 2, 100 Railway Road, Subiaco in the state of Western Australia, by the 29th day of April 2024, after which date the said executors may convey or distribute the assets, having regard only to the claims of which they then have had notice.
