Regulations regarding the supply and manufacture of prescribed plastic bags. Retailers must not supply prescribed plastic bags. Penalty: a fine of $5 000. A person must not give false or misleading information about a prescribed plastic bag. Penalty: a fine of $5 000. Amends the Environmental Protection Regulations 1987.
