Shire of Dumbleyung Local Planning Scheme No. 1, District Zoning Scheme. This scheme applies to the area shown on the Scheme Map which comprises sheets 1 to 6 set out in Appendix 1. The purposes of this Scheme are to set out the local government’s planning aims and intentions for the Scheme area; and set aside land as local reserves for public purposes; and zone land within the Scheme area for the purposes defined in this Scheme; and control and guide land use and development.
