In the matter of the estate of Anna Grethe Krone Jensen, late of 17 Woodlands Way, Jandakot, in the state of Western Australia, deceased. Creditors and other persons having claims to which section 63 of the Trustees Act 1962 relate in respect of the estate of the deceased, who died on the 18th day of January 2023, are required by the executor, Jesper Krone Jensen, to send the particulars of their claim to Messrs Taylor Smart of Unit 18, Level 2, 100 Railway Road, Subiaco in the state of Western Australia, by the 30th day of June 2023, after which date the said executor may convey or distribute the assets, having regard only to the claims of which he then has had notice.
