Acting pursuant to the powers conferred by section 67 of the Western Australian Marine Act 1982, i hereby limit the speed of all motorised vessels to eight (8) knots within the following area—flying fish cove—all the waters of flying fish cove south of a line between 10°25.690′s, 105°39.891′e (corresponding to the location of the flagpole at the western end of the bay) and 10°25.616′s, 105°40.312′e (at the southern end of the port facility). All coordinates based on gda94.
