I, Richard John Rogerson, Executive Director, Resource Tenure, pursuant to section 19 of the Mining Act 1978, hereby extend the exemptions as described hereunder (not being private land or land that is the subject of a mining tenement or an application for a mining tenement) from Divisions 1 to 5 of Part IV of the Mining Act 1978, for a period of two years expiring on 8 May 2021.
