Acting pursuant to the powers conferred by Regulation 48A of the Navigable Waters Regulations 1958, I hereby cancel Notice MA410 as published in the Government Gazette on 27th November 2012 effective from 3pm on 26 January 2022 and hereby declare the following waters to be a restricted Water Ski Area effective from 8am 27 January 2022— Belmont: All the waters of the Swan River downstream of a line through specified coordinates.
