Creditors and other persons having claims in respect of the estate of the deceased, who died on 10 october 2017, are required by the personal representative, jane elizabeth christie of care of ilberys lawyers, gpo box b51, perth wa 6838 to send particulars of their claims to her by no later than 23 february 2018, after which date the personal representative may convey or distribute the assets, having regard only to the claims of which she then has notice.
