Any creditors having a claim on the estate of the late Ian Robert Frederick Stewart of 6 Sowden Drive, Samson, deceased 25 March 2018, are required to send particulars of their claims to Brandon Hetherington, Solicitor for the executors, Solomon Hollett Lawyers, Level 3, 33 Richardson Street, West Perth wa 6005 by 29 november 2019, after which date the executors may distribute the assets having regard only to the claims of which they then have notice.
