Any creditors having a claim on the estate of the late Mary Jane Clutterbuck, also known as Jane Clutterbuck, of Mercycare, [contact details redacted] 13 January 2019, are required to send particulars of their claims to Sarah Clutterbuck, Solicitor for the executors, Solomon Hollett Lawyers, Level 3, [contact details redacted] 6005 by 15 March 2019, after which date the executors may distribute the assets having regard only to the claims of which they then have notice.
