Any creditors having a claim on the estate of the late Peter William Osborne Hargrave of Lot 4136 Clarke Road, Wialki, deceased 27 January 2017, are required to send particulars of their claims to Brandon Hetherington, Solicitor for the executor, Solomon Hollett Lawyers, Level 3, 33 Richardson Street, West Perth wa 6005 by 18 october 2018, after which date the executors may distribute the assets having regard only to the claims of which they then have notice.
