Made under the court jurisdiction legislation amendment act 2018 section 2(b) by the governor in executive council. This proclamation is the court jurisdiction legislation amendment act 2018 commencement proclamation 2018. The court jurisdiction legislation amendment act 2018, other than part 1, comes into operation on 1 january 2019.
