Richard John Rogerson, Executive Director, Resource Tenure, extends the exemption originally declared on the 7 September 2011 for the area described hereunder from Divisions 1 to 5 of Part IV of the Mining Act 1978, for a period of two years expiring on the 6 September 2021.
