It is hereby notified for public information, in accordance with section 87 of the Planning and Development Act 2005 that the Minister for Planning approved the City of Fremantle Local Planning Scheme amendment on 23 April 2020 for the purpose of— 1. Inserting the following into Schedule 2—Additional Uses of the scheme text, as follows— No. Description of Land Additional Use Conditions 3 59 (Lots 5 and 6 on Plan 4320 Certificate of Title 1700/129) Ellen Street, Fremantle Veterinary Clinic, Veterinary Hospital, Consulting Rooms, or Medical Centre A maximum of 10 animals to be kept on site overnight, and to be supervised at all times by a vet or nurse.
