It is hereby notified for public information, in accordance with section 87 of the Planning and Development Act 2005 that the Minister for Planning approved the City of Fremantle Local Planning Scheme amendment on 20 June 2017 for the purpose of amending the Scheme map to apply a residential density coding of R80 to various lots on Hampton Road, Fremantle and South Fremantle and South Street, Beaconsfield.
