It is hereby notified for public information, in accordance with section 87 of the Planning and development act 2005 that the minister for planning approved the abovementioned amendment to the city of fremantle local planning scheme no. 4 on 20 january 2025 for the purpose of— • amending sub-clause 5.7.6: ‘clause 5.7 and associated sub-clauses shall cease to have effect on 12 february 2027 being the date of the eighth anniversary of the publication in the gazette of amendment no. 63 that introduced those provisions into the scheme’.
