The council of the City of Armadale resolved on 15 April 2019 to make the following local law under the powers conferred by the Bush Fires Act 1954 and the Local Government Act 1995. This local law may be cited as the City of Armadale Bush Fire Brigades Local Law 2019. The City of Armadale Bush Fire Control Local Law, published in the Government Gazette on 5 July 2002 and amended by publication in the Government Gazette of 23 October 2015 is repealed.
