It is hereby notified for public information, in accordance with section 87 of the Planning and development act 2005 that the minister for planning approved the shire of toodyay local planning scheme amendment on 20 january 2017 for the purpose of— 1. rezoning lot 9508 on plan 77718 from residential development to reserve—public open space. 2. rezoning lot 9011 on plan 62847 from reserve—recreation and conservation: parks and recreation to residential development. 3. amending the scheme maps accordingly.
