It is hereby notified for public information that the Western Australian Planning Commission (WAPC), acting pursuant to Part 8 of the Planning and Development Act 2005, has certified and recommended that it should be made the subject of Improvement Plan No. 62—Lot 1001 No. 120 Claisebrook Road, Perth. The Improvement Plan area comprises the entirety of Lot 1001 No. 120 Claisebrook Road, Perth, as depicted on WAPC Plan No. 3.2835. The purpose of Improvement Plan No. 62 is to provide for the WAPC, or its delegates, and the City of Vincent to work collaboratively in order to facilitate the revitalisation of the site in line with the relevant planning framework.
