It is hereby notified for public information, in accordance with section 87 of the Planning and Development Act 2005 that the Minister for Planning approved the abovementioned amendment to the City of Swan Local Planning Scheme No. 17 on 6 August 2026 for the purpose of amending Schedule 2—Additional Uses to include a 320m2 portion of Lot 1003 on P23163 Verdelho Drive, The Vines, for Telecommunications Infrastructure—'A' use, and amending the Scheme Map accordingly.
