Pursuant to the powers contained in Section 33 of the Bush Fires Act 1954, owners/occupiers of land within the City of Subiaco are required to remove inflammable matter from their land by 1 November 2020, and thereafter up to and including 31 March 2021. Penalty for non-compliance is a fine up to $5,000.00. Nathan Russell, Kris Rogers, and Charles Smith are appointed as Bush Fire Control Officers.
