The council of the Shire of Dardanup resolved on 28 April 2021 to make the following local law under the powers conferred by the Bush Fires Act 1954 and the Local Government Act 1995. This local law may be cited as the Shire of Dardanup Bush Fire Brigades Local Law 2021. This local law repeals the Shire of Dardanup Bush Fire Brigade Local Law 2003 published in the Government Gazette on 17 April 2003 and as amended on 8 April 2008. This local law applies throughout the district.
