It is hereby notified for public information, in accordance with section 87 of the Planning and Development Act 2005 that the Minister for Planning approved the Shire of Dardanup Local Planning Scheme amendment on 7 September 2020 for the purpose of— (a) rezoning Lot 6 Sandpits Road, Crooked Brook from ‘General Farming’ zone to ‘Small Holding’ zone and amending the scheme map. (b) amending ‘Area No. 14—Dardanup West/Crooked Brook Structure Plan’ in Appendix VII— ‘Additional Requirements—Small Holding Zones’ of the scheme text as follows— (i) under the heading ‘Area’ insert reference to Lot 6 Sandpits Rd, Crooked Brook.
