Fire prevention work required on land in accordance with Section 33 of the Bush Fires Act 1954. Order valid annually from 1 July to 30 June. Work must be completed by 30 November annually and maintained until the close of the Restricted and Prohibited Burning Periods. Failure to comply may result in a penalty ($250.00) or prosecution (Maximum Penalty $5,000).
