It is hereby notified for public information, in accordance with section 87 of the Planning and Development Act 2005 that the Commonwealth Minister for Local Government and Territories approved the Shire of Cocos (Keeling) Islands Local Planning Scheme amendment on 27 February 2017 for the purpose of amending the ‘Preamble’, deleting references to certain terms, amending clauses, inserting a new ‘Schedule A—Supplemental Provisions’, and deleting definitions from Schedule 1.
