It is hereby notified for public information, in accordance with section 75 of the Planning and Development Act 2005 (WA)(CK) that the Assistant Minister for Regional Development and Territories approved the Shire of Cocos (Keeling) Islands Local Planning Scheme amendment on 17 December 2018 for the purpose of—(1) rezoning lot 163 beacon heights, west island, from ‘residential r15’ zone to ‘commercial’ zone.
