The Minister for Works delegates to the Deputy Director General, Building Management and Works, the power to act on behalf of the Minister for Works in respect of the Insurance Bank Account, as defined in, created and maintained pursuant to specified agreements and leases. The Delegation from the Minister for Works dated 24 March 2014 is revoked. This Delegation does not revoke any Delegation or Authorisation not expressly referred to in this Notice.
