The Minister for Works delegates authority to specified positions within the Department of Finance to award, assign, or novate contracts for consultancy services, construction, and maintenance works for public works, up to specified values. This delegation revokes the delegation from May 1, 2019, published in the Government Gazette on May 7, 2019.
