Richard Sellers, as Commissioner of Main Roads, makes an order for the modification of mass requirements under section 33 of the Road Traffic (Vehicles) Act 2012. This revokes the 2018 order and applies to vehicles registered with a Grain Receiver for the Harvest Mass Management Scheme (HMMS), operated according to Business Rules, and used to transport grain directly from a paddock to a Grain Receiver. The modified mass requirement specified in the Business Rules is approved, subject to conditions.
